Tim Jones and Mitchell David are the owners and operators of Captain Investments.

They both received Bachelor of Science degrees in Education from Salisbury University in the Mid 90's.

Tim and Mitchell were also appointed captains of the Sea Gull football team in 1996.

Both worked in the community, teaching and coaching and eventually collaborated to form Captain Investments with the charge to ensure safe, clean, affordable housing for the students and residents of Salisbury.
