• Parking at Seagull Village is Permit Parking Only, all other vehicles will be towed at the owners expense. Parking permits are available to tenants only in the office.

TENANTS OF SEAGULL VILLAGE & GREEN MOR TOWNHOUSES Citing information from the City of Salisbury Ordinance No 1913, 1967 and 2036, in regards to noise violations and fines associated with those violations, you can be evicted from the premises. Fines are punishable for amounts up to $500.00. Loud noises, disturbances etc. named in the ordinances should not be used during the hours of 11pm and 7am. (Please refer to these ordinances for more detailed information; Full copies of the city ordinances can be found on the City of Salisbury website, or in our office)

In addition, per our lease agreement section 29, we have a noise and quiet enjoyment policy that if repeated complaints from neighbors, police etc. and/or citations are given a party fine in the amount of $200.00 can be charged to you as a tenant.
